The smell, the feel of the suds, and the freshness after using it. The only problem is that is the coloring or dye, (I assume is natural), discolors my washcloth when I rub it on the cloth. A little disconcerting the first time that this happens, but I still rate the soap highly since it is mild and does a great job on my skin. I have very sensitive skin and this soap is good.
