This is the second set of pods I bought from Amazon. I have never realized better than 50% germination on any kit. However my initial purchase of the Aero garden was direct and I had 100% success.

    Maybe Amazon’s stock was old???

Of all of the aerogarden products, this was the biggest disappointment. While they grow abundantly, these greens have no flavor and wilt pathetically almost immediately after cutting. Texture was rubbery. Would not recommend these. Try the herbs.

I bought the romaine back in January and I’m back to order another. We are a family of 5 and this fed all of us as a dinner meal many, many times. Just grilled up some chicken, boiled some eggs and added the croutons. Plus putting several leaves on sandwiches and such. I used to buy a bag of romaine at the store paying around $3 per bag a couple times per week. I must say, using the aerogarden is a cost saver. The lettuce was crisp and tasted, well, like romaine.

My mother just came up from Florida, she didn’t know anything about these. One night, we had salads and she asked if she needed to wash off the leaves…nope. She then asked what needs to be done….Nothing! No worrying about pesticides or anything.

I placed my aerogarden in our laundry room which is somewhat cooler in there than the rest of the house. My only complaint is I wish I could grow cherry tomatoes at the same time I’m growing my lettuce.

have come up, but the blooms have a way to go. Yes, very pleased, and thank you, Amazon.
