There is a ton of information in this book, in spite of its relatively small size.

Not only does it provide some excellent specific information relating to herbal antibiotics and antivirals, it provides some very good basic information and recipes for making your own herbal preparations, as well as some good preventative guidelines to help keep you from getting sick at all.

If I had to pare my herbal library down to only a few books, this would be one I'd keep.

I highly recommend it.

Good book. It has some good suggestions, and very importantly, not a lot of dangerous advice. While our medical system is more often falling short, there is a lot of snake oil arriving on the `natural cures' bandwagon. The simple solution in this book could do you some good, and importantly, should keep you out of herbal cure trouble.
