What is this herb/plant called in English?

My husband loves for me to use the herb/plant, Epasote when cooking. It is used a lot in Hidalgo, Mexico where he is from. The only thing is the epasote comes from our garden, not from the store and we are gonna move. I would like to buy some seeds to grow this plant in at my new home, but I don’t know what it is in English.
Can anyone tell me what Epasote or Hepasote is in English?

How can I plant a herb and veggie garden in a small apartment?

I have a small balcony. I want to plant useful and practical plants that take little maintenance. I’ve already got sage, chives, shallots and some mint seedlings sprouting. I’ve got tomato seeds, but I’m worried they might want to climb there’s not much room. I’m planning on planting some chillies as well. What plants would be quite low maintenance but used alot in cooking? I’m after stuff I can use alot but still enjoy nurturing.

Thanks !
I think garden was a bad word. It’s more like little pot plants, but I can get large planters as well…so sorta like a garden

I am looking to grow my own herbs. What is the difference between Organic, Heritage and Heirloom Seeds?

To my understanding Organic is "healthier" which is what I am leaning towards, but then when I look at the Heritage and Heirloom descriptions on google, they throw in the word organic here and there. It is confusing.

Your clarification is appreciated, thank you!
